The Journal of Intellectual Property is published by students at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.

The Journal's mission is to present both in-depth analyses of fundamental issues affecting intellectual property rights, and timely, succinct analysis of current intellectual property issues.

The Journal will provide these resources via its web site and other electronic research services such as Lexis and Westlaw.

The Journal consists of articles by law students, law school faculty, and practitioners. Articles in the Journal cover any area of intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents. The Journal is picked up and "published" by both Westlaw and Lexis approximately every six months.
